What are your rates?

 

Extreme Business generally operates on hourly or day rates which can vary depending entirely on the type of work involved. We believe in competitive pricing and providing a quality service. A set fee will be quoted after initial discussions determine the extent of your specific requirements and an estimate can be made on the time required to complete the requisite work. Quoting is a flexible process and we will do our best to meet your needs both in terms of contract structure and fitting in with your requirements or budget expenditure allocations. Hourly or daily rates may be discounted for larger projects.

 

What happens if we decide to terminate the project?

 

Occasionally, projects are cancelled for a variety of reasons and we understand that circumstances can change. If you should decide to discontinue a project or service that has already commenced, you will be invoiced for the time spent on the work prior to and up to the time of cancellation advice via email or phone. This amount will become payable within 7 days. If cancellation is received by email or phone prior to work commencing and prior to payment of any deposit then there will be no charge. If the cancellation is received by email or phone after a deposit is paid and before work commences, then the deposit paid will be refunded within 7 days.

 

How can I arrange for payment?

 

Australian customers may pay either by EFT or via Paypal (including Master Card or Visa Card).

International customers may pay via Paypal (including Master Card, Visa Card, Amex or Discover).

Please note that payment via Paypal will be invoiced directly via Paypal and you will have the option to choose to pay via your credit card or through Paypal if you already have a Paypal account.
